Linking sYmptom and Brain network structure in Adhd (LYBRA) / Group Individual Networks (GIN)
Current clinical presentations of ADHD fail to capture subtle differences between individual patterns of brain connectivity and behavior. A new approach to understanding heterogeneity is the use of network models, which may provide novel insights about the complex interactions between (neuro)biological, behavioral and environmental factors underlying ADHD. The LYBRA/GIN project aims to evaluate the relations between stimulant treatment and networks, both at the brain-level and behavioural-level. Moreover, we will evaluate group-level brain networks as well as interindividual differences in participants with ADHD and neurotypical controls.
